Assim se deu o processo de “QUANDO O SEGUNDO SOL CHEGAR”, desenvolvido a partir de residência artística no Centro Cultural do Cariri, concedida como prêmio da 22ª Bienal Sesc_Videobrasil.
O filme apresenta o vislumbre do astro tombado, brilho fugaz que anuncia a aproximação de um segundo Sol. Dentro da realidade atual, onde a crise climática e o sofrimento existencial causado por mudanças ambientais operam como anunciações de catástrofe, a chegada de um Segundo Sol toca a angústia de futuro tão presente em nossas conversas e imaginários: o medo e o delírio.🔥🪨☄️
As filmagens aconteceram no Santo Sepulcro, em Juazeiro do Norte, Planetário do CCCariri, no centro de Santana do Cariri, dentre outros lugares entre Ceará e Paraíba.

This is how the process of “QUANDO O SEGUNDO SOL CHEGAR” (WHEN THE SECOND SUN COMES) was. The film was developed from an artistic residency at the Centro Cultural do Cariri, awarded as a prize at the 22nd Biennial Sesc_Videobrasil.
The film shows a glimpse of the fallen star, a fleeting glow that heralds the approach of a second sun. Within the current reality, where the climate crisis and the existential suffering caused by environmental changes operate as announcements of catastrophe, the arrival of a Second Sun touches on the anguish of the future so present in our conversations and imaginations: fear and delirium. 🔥🪨☄️
Filming took place at Santo Sepulcro, in Juazeiro do Norte, in the center of Santana do Cariri, at the Centro Cultural do Cariri planetarium among other places between Ceará and Paraíba.
